Hi, I Am Arlon!
Our Founder was raised right here in Red Oak, Texas before leaving for the US Air Force Academy and beginning a career as an Air Battle Manager on the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS). As an officer in the USAF, he was responsible for teams providing Command and Control and battle management in support of active conflicts around the globe. These experiences fueled a strong desire to serve others, his community, and his country while also instilling a lifestyle of attention to detail and a supreme appreciation for the value of information superiority in any situation - especially one as monumental as buying a home.
While in the service, our founder started a home renovation company where he brought new life to severely distressed properties. For over a decade, he discovered just how easy it is for builders and construction workers to hide sometimes significant structural flaws behind layers of paint or Sheetrock and he learned to pay attention to the signs of potential dangers that lie beneath the surface.
Upon returning home after his service, our founder decided to put these decades of skills to good use in protecting his neighbors and community members from potential disasters hidden beneath the surface of their homes. He completed the Texas Professional Home inspector coursework from American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) and received his Texas Professional Home Inspectors License from the Texas Real Estate commission. Then our service to our DFW community began anew.

As a graduate of the InterNACHI® School's Home Inspector Certificate Program, we cover all aspects of a home's interior and exterior, from foundational elements to heating and cooling systems, roofing, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
